Election Offences Committed by Barisan Nasional

Non-contesting political parties are forbidden from displaying their party colours or flags. Though Barisan Nasional and not Umno was the contesting party in Putrajaya, the Umno flags were prominently displayed. Since PAS was not contesting here but Parti Keadilan Nasional, the Election Commission went round cutting down the PAS flags. Umno flags though were not disturbed.
